Great location on the beach, room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable.

Spa bath wasn’t working. The complimentary port and coffee was a nice touch, however the coffee tasted old and stale.

It was very central and had a wonderful view of the ocean.

Need new toaster as this one giving off smoke. Shower head needs cleaning as spraying water everywhere.

Das urige Drumherum! Es war alles da, sehr einfach gehalten. Wir erhielten Hilfe beim Hochtragen der schweren Koffer. Es gab keinen Lift.

Die Rezeption war zu oft nicht besetzt. Uns wurde der Code für's Reinkommen ins Hotel nach der Geschäftszeit nicht mitgeteilt. Wir mussten einen vorbeikommenden Australier bitten auf seinem Handy die entsprechende Nummer anzurufen, um überhaupt ins Hotel zu gelangen.

Fantastic location and lovely hosts. Check in was easy and the host was knowledgeable of the area for best food and coffee. Bed and facilities were very comfortable, would definitely stay there again for our next trip to Penguin.

When arrived for check-in couldnt get into lobby, no one was there and it was not a late checkin, mid afternoon checking in. There was a lot of stairs and they were narrow. The room was very cramped to much furniture in a small room. The bathroom was very outdated and having to climb into a bath tub to have a shower proved challenging for us older folk with mobility problems, no air-conditioning got very stuffy in room very quickly and with windows open got cold as it was colder than normal for this time of year. Couldn't open bathroom windows at all.
