Cleanliness of room.

The room which I got had window AC but the remote control was not available. Though it didn't cause any problem as the window AC was cooling good.

Perfect location in the center. Quiet and clean place. Rooms are clean, spacious, calm with hot water 24/7. Amazing staff and cosy homely atmosphere. Also there is a very good restaurant on the ground floor...this is the perfect place to stay in Kolkata. I recommend to everyone. I have stayed there 2 times already and I will be back there for sure.
