Very good location, nice relatively new building, helpful staff, underground parking for our vehicle, decent breakfast, quite clean, certainly quiet most of the time.

Open design in centre of building reverberates any noise. Two thoughtless early morning departees disturbed everyone. Unable to clean rooms one day due to staff shortage. Coffee at the cafe could be improved

Very good hotel centrally located in Lake side! The staff here is always happy to help and the room is so clean/ comfortable. Highly recommended. Loved complementary breakfast too!

Staff were very kind and helpful with every request. The food was delicious, best breakfast I had in Nepal hotels.

There was quite a bit of noise heard from the echo of the lobby into the rooms and some missing room amenities such as hand towels
