Great location in the center of lakeside. Love the little balcony with amazing view where you can directly see the snowpeak. Breakfast is perfect.

a great experience after the trek. perfect way to pamper yourself. it’s a classic big hotel, so nothing exceptional, but everything was great.

Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly helpful staff! Great location - easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Being on the Main Street made me feel safe walking as a solo female traveller.

Breakfast is not bad . This hotel is located on the busy road , and room shower is not so good also a bit weak . At this price u can easily found a better place , we lived at different places in Pokhara from guest house to four stars hotel, this is the worst one !

Firstly, when I arrive at the reception, the guy there tried to give me a room on the first floor that was not my booking , I insisted that I only wanna the type of room I booked , and he told me it’s all occupied, but at the end he gave me the double room I booked at upper floor , because I insisted! So probably he tried to keep better rooms for group tour guests instead of Booking.com individual tourist! Secondly , cleanness is awful, it seems that they didn’t change the bed sheet at all , at night I just found that the bed mattress was totally not fully covered by bed sheet , so we slept on the dirty mattress with blood stains！ i complained about it , the staff came to my room and checked, said that housekeeping didn’t change the bed sheet , and he said that they can’t do anything with it , because it was late . So he promised me that he will change better room on the upper floor at the quite side next day. Anyway, we slept on dirty bed that night ! And the next day, they didn’t keep the promise, tried to give a worse room at the same floor on the very noisy side that closed to the Main Street ! So I refused and immediately checked out! REALLY LACKING OF HONESTY AND CREDIBILITY ABOUT THEIR STAFF AT THE RECEPTION.
