Cel mai mult mi-a placut curatenia, totul a fost foarte bine in acest aspect. De asemenea, personalul foarte amabil.

Mai multe lucruri au nevoie de reparatii: prize scoase, fire de cabluri neizolate, dusul vechi cu usa rupta.

Hotelul are mobilier nou, camerele și băile mari, este cald în camere, personalul este foarte amabil, micul dejun bun și consistent.

Este amplasat foarte aproape de calea ferata și de gara din Predeal. Se aude zgomotul trenurilor din camere. Daca geamurile ar fi mai izolante, ar fi un hotel de nota 8-9.

Personalul foarte amabil. Serviciile foarte bune.Atentie la cererile turistilor.Camera curata si bine utilata. Micul dejun foarte bun. Vom reveni cu drag.
