The bunk bed orientation made it very awkward to move about in the room, or as a couple to sleep anywhere near each other.

"Great stay in Kutchan area"

Our room was spacious. Even though there's no staff physically present, you can message them and will reply to you right away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

One pillow per person, they were not able to provide an extra one when I requested.

"Great place to stay during ski trip"

Simple automated check-in process, clean, warm rooms. Everything went smoothly.

Had to park off site. Wasn't far away though, few minutes walk. Would be nice to have a drying room for ski gear. The was a rack in the hallway but no way to prevent theft there. A cage with combination locks or something would solve it.
