Престоят ми в хотел Ема беше истинско удоволствие! Чистотата е на изключително високо ниво – всичко е безупречно поддържано и създава усещане за комфорт още от първия момент. Местоположението е прекрасно – хотелът е само на около 5 минути пеша от Стария град на Созопол, което го прави идеален както за разходки, така и за почивка. Персоналът е изключително любезен, отзивчив и усмихнат. Личи си, че за всеки детайл е помислено с внимание към гостите. Благодаря за топлото отношение и прекрасната атмосфера! С удоволствие бих посетила хотел Ема отново и го препоръчвам на всеки, който търси спокойствие, комфорт и отлично обслужване.

"Would recommend"

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was a great extra benefit which we enjoyed almost daily after visiting the beach.

The pillows were too soft and small, but I guess everyone likes them different and this would not be an issue for everyone.
