This hotel, like some others in Solapur, are cheaters. Booking.com says they have rooms available, but when you book a room and arrive, they say they have no rooms. They don't cancel the reservation and then booking.com tries to charge the cancellation fee from your card. I have tried to contact this hotel several times through booking.com and WhatsApp and asked them to cancel the reservation after the fact without charging, but they ignore me. Be careful with these people, don't book the hotel in advance and resolve issues on the spot. This applies to at least some hotels in Solapur (I have encountered this situation twice). Bookimg.com should exclude a number of Indian hotels like this one from their database.
