We appreciated that they didn’t argue when we requested a refund for the second night.

We have been travelling for six weeks in South America, and I have backpacked Europe for months at a time, and this is the first time we’ve even considered leaving a place, but left after one night (which we only stayed for because it was so late). The room was dirty- the floor was covered in sand and clumps of other people’s hair. There was sand all through the shower, and the shower outlet consisted of a literal drain pipe and broken shower screen. They came and cleaned while we were out and there was still dirt and sand in the shower. All sheets, pillow cases, and towels had stains and marks on them. We asked for a broom (so we could sweep the floor ourselves) and a fresh set of sheets, and even the ‘clean’ set we were given had stains. The ‘clean’ sheets we were given don’t even fit the bed-we had to stretch it the best we could and make do. However this meant the sheet came off during the night and we ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress protector, which was very hot. The bed was rock hard and so small that my husband didn’t even fit on the bed properly. The night manager was playing the tv so loud all night that we could hear it through earplugs. The room is also very small, with very little room for just two packs, and no bedside table or lamp.

Only a few blocks from the beach, the pool is open until 9pm at night. The view from the rooftop is excellente.

There were renovations on the rooftop, but that's to be expected sometimes at hotels.

Ad said beachfront, it’s 2 blocks away. The room has absolutely no windows which was not clear in the ad. The room has a moderate musty/moldy smell from lack of air flow.

Staff is nice and pool is also good.

It’s the kind of place that looks fantastic from outside, unfortunately (my personal opinion) I didn’t like the inside. rooms are a bit disorganised and the space is not well distributed, pillows are not comfortable at all along with bed. the way into the rooms is just a long small hall with no enough space to walk properly, and the fan made a lot of noise. At the end when we were about to leave, I was requested to go back to room and bring back the towels and remote controllers for tv and air condition which i believe is something their service could afford to do. To sum up, we were very excited since we wanted to stay here from a long time ago and this was our first time. it’s not worth the money paid.

Super nice! Small, but good room, and a very nice communal space with pool, as well as great breakfast!

Only thing, a bit bad Wi-Fi on the room.
