Great but some of the refilling of items was much too slow

I was in a disabled room and the bathroom facilities were impractical. No idea how they would be for a disabled person. Despite being huge (for a bathroom) there was nowhere to put a toilet bag.

The breakfast was average- the eggs werent great but the chef made omelettes to order a couple of times and they were amazing.

Everything was great so no complaints.

Great location, close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Karen on reception. The food served in the dining room for dinner was excellent.

Breakfast offerings were fairly basic. Some fruit or nuts would have been welcome. So would an egg chef!
