Location

The check in area was unattended both at check in and check out . We had to wait in a dark cold, very cold lobby for a staff member to help us. Not friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and the blankets were more suited to summer sleeping, lightweight. Our key didn’t function well. I couldn’t regulate the heating system , in the middle of the night when I was really cold.

We liked the design of the rooms and it was clean.

Customer service can be improved. We happened upon a birthday celebration one of the nights and the loud music from the restaurant was amplified by the full height atrium and sleeping became a challenge.
