Very affordable and the family working the place are incredible. Friendliest group of folks I’ve met in Vietnam. They let us check in at 5am when our train came in so early in the morning. We also rented a scooter from them. Awesome time.

Very friendly hosts. Helped with charging the phone. Checked in quickly. Quiet place to sleep. Would have been happy to give it a higher rating, but there are some issues. Perhaps when the problems are fixed, guest ratings will be higher.

The mattress under the sheet is in polythene. Apparently it is still in the packaging so that it stays as good as new for longer. But it is very uncomfortable to sleep on. The body heats up and starts to sweat. And it rustles. The shower head needs to be repaired. The shower head needs to be repaired. It only blows water in one mode at 50 per cent. The air conditioner pretends to work. You can set any temperature you want, but it works. The air conditioner only works as a fan. I set it at 16 degrees. But the temperature all night remained +30 degrees and humidity 80 per cent. It was hard to sleep. The windows have no glass. They are wooden doors. Yes exactly doors, to see the street you have to open this pseudo window. It's very funny. It's the first time I've seen it. The view from the window is not of the garden at all. It's a view of the dump and the hospital's rubbish bins. That's why it's better that the windows are closed.
