Great quality food. We ordered dinner on one of the nights and ate in their restaurant. Food was extremely delicious.

The bathroom can have extra shelves near the mirror to accommodate our toiletries kit etc. Need 2 cups in the bathroom. Door was not properly closing from inside so they should do some regular maintenance checks.

Liked the room and the reception area, location is good as it is also in the vicinity of the City Palace.

Plenty could have been better. Starting with the check-in which was delayed and we had to wait for quite a bit before the rooms were ready. Next, the parking location is about 100m away and in a run-down deserted and shabby location hard to access. Lastly, there was no hot water facility in the bathroom which we definitely preferred in the cold weather. They can do a lot better.
