The Bingin Beach Villas' Bungalow Resort

Belle boutique hôtel avec piscine. Les chambres sont confortables et modernes. La localisation était parfaite pour accéder aux différents restaurants, commerces et plages à proximité. Le personnel est très serviable et nous a aidé pour un problème médical Je recommande !

Man muss wissen, dass es etwas weiter weg vom Strand liegt und man auf z.B. Grab angewiesen ist, eine Fahrt dauert meist aber nicht länger als 10minuten

The vibes for the most part were quite peaceful, however it seems they do protect this at all cost, considering they told us if we were going to bring bad energy and “ruin the vibes” during our stay, we should take a full refund and leave as they didn’t want us around. They even went the extra mile calling other villas to encourage us to relocate. As two young women traveling, this was obviously very uncomfortable and frightening. The hired staff are incredible. They cannot do enough for you and are so helpful and accommodating. There is also security present overnight which is a really great added layer of safety. The generally location of the bungalows was good. Only short scooter ride into bingin and about 20 mins to uluwatu. Easy to get grabs/gojeks. Pool is beautiful. Cafe has a cute aesthetic to it and is a great quiet workspace. Linen and towels only get changed periodically but this is fine and much more sustainable. The staff are more than are happy to provide fresh ones if you ask. Guests have access to a communal water fountain which is great.

Management was absolutely horrible, primarily Bambu, but she is also French so that explains a lot! When we checked in we had an issue regarding our breakfast inclusions. The owner immediately became extremely defensive, dismissive and instead of resolving the matter, turned extremely hostile, condescending, and dismissive. We were accused of lying to get free food, laughed at, mocked, and repeatedly told we had “bad vibes” and were unwelcome there. When her partner joined, they even went so far as to suggest we take a full refund and leave, calling other villas to relocate us. They lack any and all basic customer service skills and general human decency. They were insistent on not presenting us with any median resolution other than to leave, which is absolutely not an acceptable solution and is very scary for two young travelers. The bungalows are located down a street with a considerable amount of developments going on, so quite a bit of construction noise throughout the day but that seems to be the general theme in Bali at the moment. No considerable disruptions overnight. Grass was poorly maintained and looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a while. Bungalows appear to be getting run down. Wooden doors are difficult to lock and often don’t close properly. Beds are as hard as a rock, so if that’s your thing, you are in luck! WiFi is not amazing and intermittently stops working, so I would not rely on that alone. The “breakfast included” menu is very limited and not worth the price at all. Toast was served cold. Fresh fruit was delicious and beautifully presented but poorly priced considering the amount of delicious cafes around you can go to for very cheap. No fridges in the bungalows, so you have to ask staff for food and drink to be stored in the kitchen if it needs to be kept cold. They are a cash only facility which can be a bit difficult.

Heel mooi kleinschalig resort dat veel sfeer uitstraalt. Heerlijk rustig gelegen, erg goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles wordt heel schoon gehouden. Ook de eigenaresse besteedt veel aandacht aan haar gasten.

Wij hadden twee kamers naast elkaar die gescheiden waren door een deur. Dat maakt het best gehorig, maar voor ons geen probleem.
