Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit

Zimmer zu klein; kein Bestellbett erhalten, obwohl bestellt und bestätigt wurde; Personal hat nicht wirklich zugehört; Preis fiel höher aus und entsprach nicht dem reservierten; Zimmer konnte man nicht abschliessen; am ersten Tag war man im Zimmer drin und hat eine fremde Zimmerkarte in der Stromzufuhr gehabt.

The location is only a few minutes walk from the centre

Breakfast choices are limited, and based on eggs and heavy local food. For breakfast, you choose from a menu of a few typical dishes. There are no fruit, vegetables, cereals, yoghurts,... the internet connection in the rooms has not worked for more than two days

The location was perfect for a short walk to city center, and is easy to find when arriving by car. There is a big parking lot in front of the hotel, so you will always have a place to park. The cleanliness of the room was great. The staff in the restaurant and spa were incredibly professional.

The room did not have a refrigerator, even thought it was noted during the reservation. The prices of the breakfast on the site and in the hotel were different, and we were charged extra for tea, and it should be included as per the restaurant menu. The check in receptionist rude and was always on her phone talking, so we had to wait for her to finish each and every time we needed something from the reception.
