Nightcap at Horse & Jockey Hotel Warwick

Excellent location, good customer service, and fantastic facilities, the pub right there is amazing, and the rooms are very clean, also room service does an amazing job tidying up.

The Bed was horrendous. I was sinking into the bed. A soft mattress is not ideal. It causes back pain and discomfort. Could not sleep. They need new mattresses.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent meals and great value at the attached hotel. Cannot recommend it enough.

Didn’t like how hard the pillow were did end up with sore neck from the pillows.

Friendly and efficient house keeping team.

Only negative was parking was busy

Parking supposed to be included, but all spots were taken and had to park on the street. People from the pub used the parking spots and left around 11pm. Drunken, noisy pub guests outside smoking and making noise all night. Music blaring from the pub until 2am
