Convenient location, ample parking, good food, splendid staff.

Faulty USB sockets, dripping toilet filler valve, dangerously slippery shower cubicle floor with no grab rails.

Staff were lovely, location brilliant and I’d imagine the grounds in the summer with the outdoor pool is what carries the hotel. The indoor pool looked great.

Unfortunately it is a large hotel that has now seen better days. Food was not up to much unless you like deep fried beige offerings. More importantly, I booked this hotel as it had a games room with 2 snooker tables and a pool table…. In reality, that room was cold and dark with unusable cues and no balls on the pool table at all… I could continue with the description but it’s too depressing.

Good facilities and snooker room was a big plus!

Tired and cracked bathroom cabinets. Didn’t want the fixed valentines menu so had to go out to eat elsewhere.

Great facilities, vast space in the hotel which offers great value for money

Age of bathrooms were showing but nothing terrible!

Property and facilities were good

Excellent. Waitress very obliging.

No black pudding! Well that's what Scots expect!
