This was our first time visiting Alicante and we loved the location. The apartment was wonderful. Yes, you hear people in the street when the windows are opened, not when closed. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable, bath fine and nice to have a small kitchen.

The phone signal was very weak in the hallway when trying to get the FLEXIPASS app to open the door. We had go outside into the street to get the phone signal to be strong enough to work for FLEXIPASS. This is our first time using FLEXIPASS and we got it to work with some effort. Also there was a new code for each day which we did not know beforehand.

Jacuzzi , location, TV, all perfect. Very happy with room.

I couldn't pay by card on arrival, so I had to pay cash. Needed to go to a different location to pay and pick up keys, which was not convinient. There was no place to hang the towels. Small tables in the room were quite unstable, so they should be replaced.

Jacuzzi bath in the room is good. Location is perfect.

Having to go to other hotel to collect the keys, was stated on the booking site that it is keyless entry with an app, it's not and getting the taxi to stop and wait at the other hotel while running in and getting the keys is a faff at 10:30pm. Its a fair distance away. The room is not very sound proofed, you can hear people in the other rooms so be warned if it bothers you hearing other people enjoying themselves in the jacuzzi lol!
