"Don't even think of staying in this property, the owner is arrogant and the staff is unprofessional"

The owner is arrogant. We called the reception immediate after booking and upon their confirmation, we drove 14 kms to reach the property. The moment he came to know that we booked it online he declined our reservation stated he don't consider reservations of booking.com. This happened at around 9:30 pm.

The owner is arrogant.
