Quiet place. Cleaning is good. Friendly staff.

As this is a five start venue expectations of guests also 5 stars. In a five star venue we expect five star breakfast which is a buffet but it was a list of things that we had to choose from each section one each. As it’s a kind of appartment better if they can supply basic kitchenette needs because there was not even a spoon to make a coffee. I made a room cleaning service through the system they got with switch but whole day no one had cleaned the room. location is far to golden temple so it was hard to get an Uber to there. But the airport is very close.

we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, 1. the internet was slow for the first 2 days 2. the room was not cleaned (didn’t complained though) - there was scotch tape on the ceiling, balloon around the bed - the bed sheets has stains of i don’t know what - the drawers has hair pins with hair of whoever 3. there was no complimentary water for the rest of the stay - only on the first day. 4. the pool was not clean on the first few days of our stay - but we didn’t swim though

Staffs are very friendly and few staffs can speak in English.

lots of flies and mosquitos are around the property even in the room and the flies are in the pool too. wifi is very low and even cant load a page. there was no International adopters provided in the room, we are unable to plug the iPhone adopter and when we request for multi socket 3 pin they provided and charged for us for the socket.

it was quiet and serene. the staff was extremely cordial
