Presidential Suites Cabarete - Room Only

Nice amenities, parking on site, close to the beach.

Broken shower head, noisy rooms by the street...

Breakfasts were not included. I like the property.

There was a very uncomfortable to sleep in sofa bed. I felt all the sofa bed wires. I was told that to get clean towel, we will have to pay a fee. If we wanted to a clean suite, there was also a fee. There were so many fees that I decided not to even brew coffee

The bathroom sink was clogged and the water went out very slowly. Didn’t like that I had to walk out of the room to use the restroom at night because the door was stuck or made to no use from the bedroom

How close it was to the beach and restaurants.

I did not like the staff, they did not welcome me appropriately, additionally the room was next to the busiest street therefore there was a lot of noise during the day and at night from cars and motorcycles. I asked for a change of room, but they did not accommodate. I had a really bad experience. I went there to relax and ended up not relaxing at all.

I loved my stay here absolutely beautiful at the pen house . Loved my view and how spacious and comfortable it was for my kids . I will definitely be back .

Pros: The staff were friendly and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool right outside our door was thoroughly enjoyed (except for our last day when it was emptied) The breakfast was delicious and has the best cooked eggs you'll find in cabarete.

Cons: Our room was on the street side and the motorcycles and trucks revving by all night constantly woke us up (and we are heavy sleepers) Our sliding doors wouldn't lock and staff had to fix it. The one smart TV did not work, despite staff promising to come by and fix it. The 3 legged, extremely heavy wooden coffee table was not sturdy and tipped onto our toddler (units aren't small kid friendly) And the complimentary breakfast, we assumed was offered because of the issues we encountered, turned out to be a side meeting about timeshare opportunities. Both toilets continued to run all night, noisy even with the doors shut. Pool opens too late and closes too early.

Main pool was not filled being repaired. Timeshare sales are annoying they called us at 7:50am!
