Presidential Suites Cabarete - Room Only

We liked location, close to the beach, comfortable bed and room, beach towels and bath towels were very nice. The balcony was nice and had a partial view of ocean.

Only water on first day, two small 500ml bottles no coffee provided, not even on first day! The street noise was not great.

Walking distance to Playa Cabarete : just crossing the street and you on the beach where all the restaurants are located

The fact that you have to wait for the cleaning service to check the room before you can leave after the check out ..also giving a list to do your inventory for the items in the kitchen . Guest shouldn’t have to do that . Trying to put a lost tea spoon from a previous check that wasn’t done on a current guest checking out was good at all . And the inventory check list was not mention at all
