Baño con buena ducha .. harta agua caliente..

Piscina no está limpia, desayuno no estaba bien atendido ya que las bandejas se vaciaron rápido y demoraron en reponer los alimentos, la tv mal programada,

Pésima atención. No tenían lista la habitación a pesar de haber confirmado la reserva desde un día antes. Nos quisieron reubicar en un hotel de su cadena que no nos ofrecía las mismas condiciones y nos dejaron sin opción de elegir porque llegamos tarde a Chiclayo y eran fechas cercanas al fin de año, por lo que casi todos los hoteles estaban llenos. Además, el personal no fue empático para comunicarnos este tipo de inconvenientes. Esperaron que descarguemos nuestras maletas y que entremos al hotel cansados para recién indicarnos que la habitación reservada no estaba diaponible No califico las instalaciones porque no me quedé en el hotel ni volvería.

que tenía la opción de entrar y salir a cualquier hora, estaban disponibles todo el tiempo en recepción y las camas muy cómodas

las opciones de desayuno estuvieron buenas pero podían tener más opciones de desayuno salado
