Tranquilidad, buen acceso a la entrada de Comillas, aparcamiento en garaje, ubicación (está cerca de todo), menaje y almacenaje en cocina (cuenta con lavadora, plancha, horno...) y amabilidad de los vecinos (apto).

Limpieza mejorable (están muy descuidados, hay que tener en cuenta que para los apartamentos no hay servicio de limpieza y solo cambian toallas cada 4 días), antiguos y con mobiliario obsoleto y poco cuidado, mal olor (a tuberías) en algunas zonas.

La ubicación, la piscina no la usamos pero estaba muy bien, el baño reformado muy bien se agradece. Estaba limpio, personal amable sobre todo el chico de recepción.

Todo bien. A ver la cocina necesita renovación y alguna cosita más de vajilla, cambiar la cafetera italiana que vale 10 euros... He estado en peores y mejores apartamentos. Si vuelvo a comillas si que volvería a hospedarme en estos aptos.

L’accès du parking à l’appartement et la localisation près du centre historique

Propreté (cheveux dans le lavabo et sparadrap usagés sous le lit. Appartement bruyant car donnant sur la route même avec les fenêtres fermées !!!

Posizione tranquilla a 700 metri dal centro città. Struttura accogliente. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento dell'hotel.; due stanze da letto con cucinino e lavatrice e soggiorno. Parcheggio riservato al chiuso.

Unica pecca...anche se non trascurabile, nel bagno il classico pozzetto di ispezione per i tubi, era rotto e quindi la guarnizione non chiudeva benissimo, con il problema di un costante odore di fogna (anche se non fortissimo) dava fastidio, soprattutto al mattino. Riferito alla struttura, nel nostro periodo di permanenza, non hanno preso azioni. Per fortuna avevo nastro da imballaggio in macchina. Credo problema della intera struttura, perché già nel corridoio si sentiva

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo con baño reformado. El personal de recepción muy amable, nos hicieron muy buenas recomendaciones para comer. Todo muy bien.

Nada, en todo caso, no poder reservar más noches, estaban todos los apartamentos reservados.
