The food maker's behaviour.

Although I booked for a double room, for the first day they gave us a three bed room and an extra charge of Rs.500 lcharged. The double room then given was not spacious or comfort having no almarahs to place bags and no proper hooks to place the used dresses. Very unpleasant behaviour from the reception counter. They arranged a taxi for our visit to Mussoorie but the taxi was reluctant to go to some key points to be visited . It was an intolerable experience. Please blacklist such hotels from Booking.com
