Room was large and clean. Had a very good stay here. The location is fabulous.

Person at reception did not care about the us. Despite making the booking we didn’t get the room saying all are full nor did they were enthusiastic for making any arrangements for us. Very poor service

The photos and information were incorrect, the rooms were small—half the size of what was mentioned—and the price charged was also inaccurate. During check-in, they asked to cancel when I attempted to pay the amount displayed on Booking.com. Consequently, I had to pay an additional amount to proceed with the booking. Furthermore, the room was not ready; the pillow covers, bedsheet, and blanket were unchanged. The toilet was not clean, and the room had not even been swept. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they responded, "I am new, and this is how it is."

Property manager asked more money for the room after booking online. Nagpur railway station platform is more cleaner than it bedsheet and pillow covers , toilet, and hall area as well. No water provided by the staff. When I checked the room we have to leave it immediately. It is a shady area
