Rondaia, a Winery & Fincahotel-Agroturismo in Tramuntana

The location was fantastic, secluded but not too secluded, super close to Palma and other neighbouring towns. The rooms were fantastic - so spacious, aircon was amazing and honestly couldn't fault anything about the place. Ana the host was really communicative, always on hand and ensured that you were ok. The wine produced on the vinyard was also excellent. There is a small shop nearby to get food, we cooked in a few days as there was a hob and dishwasher, giving us the freedom to cook if we wanted to. The pool and surrounding areas were exceptional, always clean. We were only 1 of around 4 other couples there at any one time, so we were often by ourselves at the pool most of the day. I honestly couldn't recommend this place any more, it was excellent and will be returning!

I don't really have any negatives for the space at all! The only thing that I guess could be helpful feedback, was that the cleaners didn't have a set time that they came, so it was a little difficult to plan when to be out, sometimes they would come at 10am other times it was 6pm, so a little more routine with when they come would be great, (that is really clutching at straws).

Beautiful location and hotel, I highly recommend this exceptional place.

A beautifully designed property with all the facilities you need for a self-catered stay/bed & breakfast. Rondaia is perfectly located for exploring Deia, Valdemossa, Soller and Palma. We hope to be able to visit this wonderful place again!

This was the last stop on our trip and we absolutely loved it! The aesthetics are very pleasing, very calming, we wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights. The room was very spacious and well thought out, with everything you need for your stay. The outside areas are all beautiful. The honesty bar is a great touch, with a great selection of wines, drinks, snacks etc. The owner is lovely and communication was all very easy. Would recommend having a car as there are not really restaurants etc near by - but we loved the room so much that we just brought back pizzas for dinner so that we could stay in and enjoy it! Would 100% recommend

Our villa was lovely, and the surroundings are exceptional, beautiful views and the vinery up and coming .

I think the breakfast area needs to be a bit more organised but I'm sure in time that will happen, wasn't sure what the routine was with everything, other than that the food was lovely 😀

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to tell you about this fantastic place.  If you are searching for a cozy and intimate finca on Mallorca, you'll love Rondaia. Rondaia only has a few apartments and opened in 2022, so everything is still brand new. The owners have a wonderful taste for interior design, which will make you happy instantly. We enjoyed the pool with its beautiful views towards the mountains. Breakfast is served on a wonderful shared terrace. Furthermore, Rondaia is just 15 minutes away from Palma and from a huge supermarket.  We stayed at Rondaia for a week as a couple and have not expected to be so relaxed after just a few days in this wonderful paradise. 

This is one of those reviews where you don’t want to tell other people about the amazing location that you have found so that it stays a hidden gem. Thank you so much to Ana and her family for hosting us at Rondaia. It is such a high quality relaxing experience set in a place of exceptional design at the hands of Ana’s daughter. The welcome was wonderful and we appreciated all of the kind gestures. If you want to find a place to shut out the stress of the ‘real world’ this is the location. Perfect for couples or solo travellers. Tip: walk the forest at the back of the property. An option of eating in 1-2 nights per week would be fantastic via a collaboration with a nearby restaurant or very simple food. The breakfast area would be perfect for a wine tasting evening with breads + salads for example. Thank you for a lovely stay.
