It was ok.

Bastards have double charged me! Payment was pending but they asked for payment after breakfast. Now I can't seem to get my money back!

Very clean rooms with very comfy bed. The food was delicious, the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Location is beautiful and great for walking. We were a family group of 13 (not all staying at the hotel) and the hotel were so accommodating of us, we were given a large back room just for our group to have dinner all together 2 nights in a row. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A slightly more powerful shower would have been fab but it is not a deal breaker as it worked absolutely fine.

Lovely setting with a very friendly family feel. Room was much more than adequate and from the moment we arrived were welcomed and treated exceptionally. Thank you all

The location was amazing. The room service was excellent. Value for money. Our room was upgraded for free. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Most of the staff were very friendly. If I didn't have mobility problems, I would be happy to stay here again.

Although I contacted the company about mobility problems 3 times, there was no communication that all rooms were on the upper level without a lift. There was a mix-up with payment, outside anything I could do as I had paid via booking.com, but how the manager handed the situation made me feel very uncomfortable. As previously stated, all other staff were very friendly and polite.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, with easy access to Tavistock, Plymouth, Okehampton, and beyond. Lovely food at a reasonable price, and clean, comfortable rooms.
