"Comfy... but INTERNAL noise a problem that the staff ignore."

Comfortable bed, comfortable room.

A little out of the way. But mostly.... The noise generated at reception echoes throughout the Hotel. On the first night, 4am I thought there was a shouting match going on outside. I soon realised it was inside the hotel. I followed the sound downstairs and the 2 guys pulling the nightshift were animatedly talking, not in whispers, not in 'inside voice mode' but loud, 'outside voice' mode, oblivious to what they were doing. This morning, early, 5am, they were letting kids whoop and run around 5he floors.
