Everyone is very helpful, they allowed me check in before the time as I arrived in Hurgada at 7am, and they even gave me coffee! they are always there to helo for anything you need!!!!room was nice for this cheap price,

Die Lage war Zentral... Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Tage gekommen und müsste meiner Meinung renoviert werden. Das Hotel hat 8 Punkte von 10 als ich gebucht habe, da erwartet man etwas anders. Wie sie diese Bewertung erhalten haben ist mir ein Rätsel. Entspricht leider nicht den Tatsachen. Wasser läuft im Bad nicht ab, da es kein Gefälle zum Ablsuf gibt. Dann stinkt der Ablauf der Dusche, da dieser an die Abwasserleitung der Toilette amgschlossen ist. Internet ging fast einen Tag nicht korrekt, das hatte wohl mit dem Provider zu tun. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt in 3 Tagen, oder Handtuch gewechselt. Alles ist abgewohnt und schmutzig. Sorry tut mir leid, kann es nicht weiter emofehlen.

Friendly concierge/reception service, we could check very-very early. Thank you! The room has no fridge, and no shelves/racks enough to put our clothes on. The bathroom is very much used, but apparently clean.
