Agnantio

Rooms are big and clean, we slept very well here as the hotel is located at a distance from the city in a very nice area where we had the most amazing views and basically we just heard the birds. We only were there for a night but we definitely recommend this location! Breakfast is by far the best we had, with multiple choices of local foods.Everything we had on the table was prepared fresh in the morning and absolutely delicious!

Agnantio is a lovely traditional Greek hotel. our room was a basic accommodation, but clean, roomy, and comfortable. The views from our balcony over the lake and the town of Ioannina was stunning. It is also well situated to visit the Perama Cave. The breakfast, served to our outdoor patio table, was a feast of fruit, eggs, bread and homemade pastries, freshly squeezed juice, and coffee of our choice.

The accessibility of this hotel may be an issue for some. It's location up a steep, windy road makes it a bit difficult access, but the location is also the reason for the great views above the lake. If you're ok with the drive, a stay here is well worth considering.
