AYANA Segara Bali

This was our fourth time staying at Ayana Resorts, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. This time, we returned to Ayana Segara Resort, and everything was excellent. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday during our stay, and I was truly impressed by the thoughtful touches. The team prepared a complimentary cakes and a heartfelt card, which made our celebration even more special. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of food options. The pool area was spotless, and clean towels were always available. I must say, our room at Ayana Segara was one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in Bali. We didn’t leave the resort at all – we spent our entire trip within Ayana, and the service was just as great as before, maybe even better. All the staff at Segara were pleasant, friendly and very professional. Every request we made through the Ayana Resort app was handled quickly and with excellent customer service. A special thanks to Janu from the Segara team. I first met him at the Ayana Club Lounge in 2016, and he is still working at Ayana. Thank you for your incredible service and kindness. He truly made our stay even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit.

Every pool is nice

It was our first time at Ayana Segara. Facilities were great with playgrounds and pools for the kids across all the resorts in the estate. The multiple resorts meant different options for the kids, which was great! Restaurants were good and so was the breakfast. I highly recommend spending some time at the Saka Museum. Staff were very polite and happy to help. The only minor downside was that a buggy is needed to go from the residence to other parts of the estate. It was not always readily available resulting in some waiting time. We will definitely go back!
