Brak śniadania w cenie pobytu mimo że taka adnotacja była przy rezerwacji na bookingu na miejscu okazało się że to jednak dodatkowo płatne udogodnienie Moja rezerwacja obejmowała pokój de lux w głównym budynku przy basenie a otrzymałam domek bungalow z mnóstwem komarów i zapachem ścieków.

Litet familjärt ställe. Kände oss så välkomna. Ligger väldigt bra nära till allt. 4e hotellet på thailandsvistelsen och det bästa! Jättefina rum och bra varm pool. Nära till många ställen att äta på och stranden mitt över vägen. Bra Wi-Fi bra städning och riktigt bra personal. Lugnt ställe och tyst.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und haben ein Upgrade auf die Pinky Villa bekommem. Wir hatten einen eigenen Pool, der sehr sauber war! Großer Aufenthaltsbereich mit Küche, Esstisch und Sofa + große TV. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen!

In den Badezimmern scheinen teilweise nicht versiegende Quellen von Mücken zu sein. Gefühlt kamen für jede kaputt gehende Mücke zwei neue... es waren echt viele, hunderte Mücken.

It’s a place with potential if the details and service would be looked into. The location and the surroundings around the bungalows is nice. The maids were also very nice.

I had a rocky start at the accommodation, as I couldn’t sleep for the first 2 nights as there was some sort of animal(?) stuck in the roof of my bungalow which made sleeping impossible. I got a replacement bungalow for the other nights, however I can imagine that messed up other people’s bookings. Also, the new place had a kitchenette but it was unusable as there were no utilities, not even a bottle opener. The place lacked shelving, in the bathroom nowhere to hang towels or put your toiletries, just lacking simple things like that which could really improve the stay. Also, in that bungalow I couldn’t change the water temperature. There’s also no breakfast/restaurant area, which would be nice. I felt the owner was sometimes rude and the other staff didn’t really speak English. Overall, they advertise as a 4-star hotel, but it really is 2-stars (on Google also says so) so I feel for the money, it’s not really value for it.

We stayed in a bungalow in the resort, which was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and it felt very familiar. Breakfast was served to the terrasse. You can book any tour directly in the hotel and rent a motoscooter for little money. The hotel is not directly at the beach but very close. All in all, a great stay.

There is nothing I really did not like. The sheets and towels had stains, which can be off-putting to some guests, but then again, if this bithers you, you should probably not travel to this part of the world. Oh and maybe the coffee. Next investment of the hotel should be a good espresso machine...

It was a really cute hotel. It provided a lot of services such as laundry and booking onward travel. It has an onsite cafe for snacks, coffee and drinks. Nice to have a pool. Walkable to the beach.

It could use some minor maintenance. The door to my room was difficult to engage due to a bent/broken strike pad. The cushions around the pool could use replacing. Having breakfast included would have been nice especially since there was no coffee provided in the room. There also seemed some confusion about my booking. I was put in a bungalow at what I later realized was a different hotel right next to Pinky. The next day an employee from that hotel informed me that I had to move rooms as Pinky’s had asked them to have me there one night. She was under the impression that I had been informed of this. I had not been and had unpacked so had pack back up and move. Also that first night I came back from dinner to find that on the property just behind my unit they were burning dry branches. Several other guests were out watching. When I expressed safety concerns I didn’t feel very good understood. I’m know they have a burning season here but did not expect it in the islands during high season in a heavily inhabited area. I believe it was the owner of the first property to whom I spoke. It was windy and dry so I believe my concern was justified. The rest of the staff also appeared concerned and surprised it was happening. Overall it just made for a bad start to my stay. I would have appreciated being informed that I would have to move after the first night and also given a bit of a break on the bill.
