Aria Suites

The accommodation was really well appointed, and clean. The balcony was very nice, with great views of the sea, mountains and the hotel pool. Just beautiful.

It was late in the season, so the bar wasn’t open every day. We completely understand though, as it would have been only for us lol.

No lounge area in apartment apart from hard chairs around dining table, but I knew that when I booked Would've liked a sofa, but guess there is no room.

The view from the balcony is great. It had three bedrooms which made it more comfortable for 5 of us staying. The room was pretty comfortable and good. The hosts were kind enough to check in us at late hours.

The internet was so poor. There is no lift to the apartment which can be little annoying if you are staying on upper floors.

The location was superb, so close to the harbour and central, yet super quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The air-con was fantastic. Everything was as described and as per the photos.

The facilities and location are really good. The room was cleaned frequently, and the bed was very comfortable. I was greeted after the regular checking in hours due to my flight that got delayed, and I am grateful for the flexibility of the hosts.

Unfortunately, I had issues with other guests who think that since they are staying in 'suites', not a hotel, they are entitled to make the place an extension of their houses. I had trouble sleeping since the other guests would leave the door of their room open and interact with each other, leaving and coming back to their rooms, talking loudly after midnight. I've tried informing nicely that they were being too loud and that some people were trying to sleep to what the answer that I got was: 'I know.' We are finishing having a party and will be done soon'. I went back to my room and had to ask again, after 1 a.m. for people to be silent, only then after noticing how upset I was, they shut the door of their rooms and were silent. It is a pity that Aria Suites has a strong policy on their website that is not followed as expected. My suggestion is that everyone staying in the place is informed CLEARLY that you should do what is possible to remain silent after 10 p.m. / 11 p.m. and not disturb other guests. I think this is reasonable and not too much to ask.
