Sea Crest Hotel

We were a group. A lot of humidity and dirty walls. Nasty rooms. Broken air condition leaking water in the bedrooms. Personnel tried to solve the situation but never found a proper solution, with a lot of complains by my guests. Our stay in Zanzibar was awful and I definitely reccomend to go somewhere else. Wondering how they can have such a high rate!

Very far from the village, nothing to do around..poor bathroom- toilet did not work properly. Pool not clean, local houses everywhere around. Not enough sunbeds near the beach. Good for 1 night maybe.

The staff was very friendly with good customer service s and I am a resident but I was treated very excellent,I didn't regret my stay,can't wait to be there again.

The environment is good...the food is good

Shared balcony My Room.was not sea view thougj I booked for a sea view Room.. instead I was shown to a common sea view balcony

The staff from reception, front desk, cleaning, and restaurant were good always going out of their way to accommodate me. I will definitely visit again.

Their breakfast was not so varied. It was almost the same food every second day. They can diversify their breakfast and have both hot and cold and pastry.

The hotel is close to the beach.

The room was very substandard for the amount charged. The Ac was not working. Even at the reception. The food at was a bit pricey at the restaurant. The photos of the hotel and the beach are misleading. (This is not a beach front property)

The breakfast was very nice staff very kind

They change my room when I arrived and I didn't like the new room , is not ready to receive costumer they can clean or use the room regularly I think

The manager was really helpful and the staff were really amazing I really enjoyed it was the best .
