the hotel room was good and clean, staff was very cooperative, with smiley face, overall stay was good and healthy

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing specific i liked about the property.

The management was not at all helpful. The manager used to always ask us whether we have paid the booking amount or not, in which room we are staying.

Location is good - but there is construction all around, the entrance is blocked with construction material and no stairs for elderly people, the ramp is too steep and slippery.

Building construction is horrible, too many up and downs, not at all suitable for older people, no water, no glasses in the room, no cutlery.

Food full of taste, room with perfect view and comfort. Polite staff. Hotel is expensive but it was comfortable. Staff was neutral. Food was average but not worth the cost.

We had a wonderful stay at. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, food was really nice. Overall it was a good experience. If you are visiting , will recommend to stay.

Location is horrible! The entire payment process was a horrible experience. The staff are absolutely clueless. Dont go by the photos, They are extremely misleading.
