Hotel Cristallo - Wellness Mountain Living

Where to begin with our amazing stay at Cristallo... If you want to feel special, this is the place for you. The crew is just unbelievable, from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out , everyone has been incredible. They are all so nice and welcoming. We arrived to celebrate my mom's birthday, and besides helping me arrange in advance a surprise for her, she even got a gift from the hotel itself! Kudos to the crew, and thank you all for making our stay unforgettable! The hotel itself is very beautiful and well decorated .. the location is amazing just across a lovely river with some nice trails. The facilities of the hotel are great, and of course , we had some amazing treatments in the spa! Which was very calming and pleasant. The food is extraordinary. Every dinner was an experience , some of the courses were not falling from Michelin restaurants. Really top of the notch. Can not recommend this place enough and can't wait for our next visit there !

Amazing wellness and spa area. The Aufguss was incredible. Very nice and friendly staff. Fenomenal dinner and breakfast.

I love everything this resort offers and it is the best I have ever been to. From the staff, food, scenery, everything is superb. I plan my come back to Cristello and Italy. Best ever, and thanks to the hotel staffs for making my trip wonderful.

Incredible staff, facilities and rooms. Food was wonderful - do not miss the Sunday night complimentary apertivo! Front desk staff were great, kindly allowed us to check out late while we waited for our taxi.

Better temperature control in rooms, it was very hot. Softer pillows or perhaps a choice between firm and fluffy.

Nothing worth mentioning

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a spa and sauna retreat. The facilities are very well maintained. Each of the 3 saunas and one steam room were clean and in good condition. There were many relaxation spaces in the sauna facility as well, with day beds for recovery. The food served at breakfast and dinner was sizeable and of good quality.

Everything was excellent.

Gorgeous pool, relaxing rooms, beautiful comfortable rooms with great view to the Dolomites. We specially liked the 20 minutes sauna treatment with fagus and then getting in the cold water at the barrel outside. The massage was amazing too. The service at the reception was great.

We didn’t like the location. It’s too far from the main attractions and corvara doesn’t have a lot to offer restaurants wise. We also didn’t like the fact that the guy who was in charge of the dining hall kept saving us every morning and every night the same table inside and saved the ones outside with the view to specific people. It felt like he got money from them to save these specific tables …

Extraordinary quality of service and food. Very friendly staff. Excellent organization of additional activities (Roland aufguss master and Luca mountain guide). Extraordinary wellness center.
