Teles Westend Hotel

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They went to a nearby restaurant to get food for me and delivered it to my room. Room was reasonably clean and quite large.

When I got to the hotel I was told that they were "booked out", although I had booked the room through booking.com 20 days before then. After arguing for around 20 minutes, they eventually gave me the room. The room is bright and noisy in the night, which makes it difficult to sleep.

It's was clean staffs were helpful and well behaved

we hardly slept because the street dogs started a choir every hour of the night, street also felt a bit unsafe. Very early in the morning (we already had to get up at an ungodly hour to catch the train so every minute was precious) someone started walking up and down the hall in front of our room on flip flops which kept us up for an hour before we had to get up. Lastly, after we left we got a message from booking saying the hotel said we were a no-show which almost made us pay twice….
