The ambience..the Lodge looked like a British cottage surrounded by magnificent deodars and a cool climate

Location. Friendly staff. Really helpful. Good food. Heater was provided. It was really cold. Bonfire was good.

Beds were really hard. Needs a bit more cushioning.

The colonial property , from the British era was different from the normal brick and mortar hotels Well preserved over the years, retaining most of the nostalgic touch. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous with a great service attitude. Rahul, the manager of the property was very helpful throughout the course of our stay.

Room maintenance requires more attention, especially the suites. Quality of maintenance of the washrooms and the linen provided were found wanting.

Calm and peaceful location. Behaviour of staff very good. Food was homely.

Shuttle service not provided. Senior citizens can't walk too much.
