Great location and staff

The shower holder was broken but that wasn’t a big problem

On the booking description it was written that the room has a pool view. But they gave us a room with a street view (the view on the street was hideous). Only when we insisted that the room doesn't meet the description that they changed the room and only when one of the rooms was vacated. The staff had the habit of ignoring hellos and good mornings.

Very kind helpful people. Great place to relax , perfect for my age group , close to everything. Will return again.

Nothing to fault

Loved the location and staff. Pool beautiful , so central. Buses and taxis super cheap.

Great location. Lots to do in the area. Bus and Taxi close by. Great variety of shops , restaurants and bars nearby. Not far from the beach by bus or taxi. Lots of interesting trips to do too. The staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Lovely pool areas and the food in the pool bar was great as were the cocktails.

Bed slightly hard. Food for breakfast was basic but adequate. They cooked omelettes and poached eggs to order which were fantastic.

Being charged for drinks we didn't have. Room needs a deep clean. Needs a renovation not high class as advertised. It's looking very tatty. Music too loud round pool, sometimes you just want a nice quiet chill time. Needs better lighting in room.

The facilities, location and staff were all excellent. All the staff members couldn’t help you enough and made sure everybody had a good time.
