The location is great and the staff was kind and accommodating.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the whole room (together with the hallways) smelled of cigarette smoke.

Great hotel with a very good location right on the river bank, perfect for walks or hiking along the river. The hotel offers a free underground garage, which is very convenient and comfortable. The spa center and sauna are excellent, a great place to relax after a long day. The staff at reception were very kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the stay even more pleasant. There is also a restaurant and bar on the penthouse floor with probably the best view of the city. It’s a very nice place to spend time in the evening or on weekends. Despite being lively, it does not disturb hotel guests, which is very well managed. Overall, a very pleasant stay (12 days) and I would definitely come back. The only small disappointment during the stay was the massage in the spa. Unfortunately, it did not fully meet expectations and felt more like a basic treatment rather than a professional massage. This might have been just my experience, but it is probably an area where some improvement could make the overall spa experience even better.
