Praticamente tutto, ma soprattutto i tramonti e la vista su due bellissime spiagge. Anche l'all inclusive, che era davvero ALL inclusive.

Gli ombrelloni in spiaggia sono intrecciati in maniera non fitta e non fanno abbastanza ombra. Al punto che prima delle 16 non potevamo andare al mare,è un vero peccato. Per fortuna la piscina è vista mare e ha degli ombrelloni normali,ma da là non si sente il rumore del mare, inoltre in piscina ci sono molti bambini e qualche cane. C'è stato un problema con la camera ma è stato prontamente risolto.

My second visit to Marpunta and I absolutely loved it once again! The setting is absolutely heavenly with a huge pool and two private beaches. The food is a massive highlight with great variety and amazing quality. Our room was very comfortable, great AC and comfy bed.

More sun-beds are needed because they get nabbed up early in the morning! The pool area also looks a bit tired in places (e.g the pool bar and toilets). We were also quite concerned about the staff who seem to be worked hard and always rushed off their feet! This was made evident by the level of customer service getting worse as our stay went on. At the beginning we were greeted and shown to our seats and attentive service. Although this dropped off as we stayed longer, likely due to hotel capacity increasing!

Mi è dispiaciuto che la nuova formula all inclusive ha cambiato la clientela. Il posto è diventato meno rilassante degli anni scorsi.

Marpunta is a little corner of paradise for those who love peace and nature! During our stay, we were met only with smiles and thoughtful gestures from all the staff. The housekeeping ladies were discreet and impeccable, the waiters attentive and ready to meet our every need. The real jewel in the crown is the reception team – true professionals in hospitality! A special thanks to the very knowledgeable Theodore, who pampered us from the very first moment and made us feel right at home! A big thank you also goes to the reception manager, Eugenia, who takes care of every single detail with a genuine smile always on her face. Her ability to lead the whole team with respect and kindness creates a joyful and welcoming atmosphere – exactly what one should find in any holiday destination! With just a few small adjustments and some limitations regarding the presence of four-legged friends, this place could easily become a five-star hotel! Keep up the great work! Azzurra and Dennis

La situation, la beauté de l’environnement, le calme, la qualité des installations et une formule all inclusive à la hauteur des attentes (buffet varié pour l’ensemble des repas, boissons…), discrétion et professionnalisme des personnels…

Les parasols et les transats de plage un peu essoufflés…

The food was wonderful, the location completely stunning and the overall experience was very relaxing. The pool and beaches are beautiful and there is everything you need for a great holiday. Staff work hard to make everything pleasant. Taxis to Patitiri or the beautiful old town are available if you want to get out of the resort and soak up a bit more of Alonissos.

The hotel has a clear policy that guests shouldn’t reserve sun beds with towels, which we were impressed by, but unfortunately this still happens, so there is a need to get up early if you want to guarantee one. There is quite a lot of space where more sun beds could be placed, rather than tables and chairs which were not used, which might help to reduce the rush/competition for sun beds.

Non era segnalato da alcuna parte la presenza di una palestra che, sebbene piccola, poteva essere frequentata, l'ho scoperto l'ultimo giorno, ma è solo un appunto
