Bliss Hotel Phu Quoc

Everything was just great, 3 big pools, clean sea and sand, lovely staff.

Close to the beach ⛱️

The hotel itself is beautiful, feels and looks brand new and is furnished very modern. It was spotlessly clean, had a really comfy bed, black out curtains and the pool was lush. We also ate dinner here which was nice. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to long beach where you can see the most amazing sunset.

The information and photos are a little deceiving as the pool is not connected to the hotel but shared within a complex. It was fine and really nice, just a little confusing when first arriving. The complex itself was like a ghost town, we saw approx 10 people the whole time we were there. It has real potential, if it was complete and busy but it was abnormally quiet. The place does not feel like you’re in Vietnam. The location is a 20 minute drive to any town. The shower didn’t have hot water The staff were lovely and helpful but there was a real lack of communication as no one spoke good English.

The area has beautiful scenery, good infrastructure, airy with many trees, is one of the places to visit in Phu Quoc

The attitude of the pool service staff is a bit rude

This hotel is a little gem, fairly new, very modern, exceptionally comfortable and clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable large bed and a super powerful shower.

The location is a way from the main town but there are plenty of taxis & we hired a moped.
