Location was perfect and safe. Staff are friendly. Bed was a dream.

Room was clean.

Bathroom was clean but the toilet wasn’t as clean and the towels were dirty Please add Decaffeinated coffee to the buffet

The hotel needs to improve or refurbish the showers and bathtubs in fact the bathroom needs some touch

would like to express my concern regarding my recent booking at Garden Court. At the time of booking, breakfast appeared to be included in the reservation details, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included in the rate paid and that I would need to pay an additional R340 for breakfast. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing, as the booking information was not clear. As a frequent traveler, I generally prefer hotels that include breakfast in the room rate, and I make my booking decisions based on that information. I kindly request that you review my reservation and clarify why the breakfast inclusion shown during booking was not reflected at check-in.
