La literie très fatiguée dans notre chambre
FRle petit déjeuner était très varié, et plutôt de bonne qualité avec des nouveautés chaque matin. Une très belle vue depuis la salle. La piscine très agréable après une journée de ski. Nous avons aussi pris un diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, là encore, du choix, et un personnel très serviable. La chambre confortable, propre, bien équipée, conforme à nos attentes (sauf la vue)
La vue sur la route. La piscine mériterait un rafraichissement.

FRGros soucis d’hygiène: Vaisselles sales, pas de serviettes sur les tables, traces sur les verres et les assiettes et une directrice qui se sent injustement attaqué quand on lui évoque tout cela!

La personne de l’accueil était agressive. Le troisième lit de la chambre était médiocre. A notre arrivée il manquait les serviettes ainsi que les draps pour la troisième personne (obligé de les demander 2 fois).
DEHervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei. Das Restaurant sowie das Buffet ist schwer zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
