The owners run the show and they are exceptionally nice peoples . They were really helpful and connected with their guest .

The lobby is small as it’s not a big hotel .

The staff were wonderful Stayed late for me on arrival due to my flight being delayed I was made to feel at home, away from home! Spotlessly clean & lovely people Great breakfast too

Great breakfast, extremely pleasant staff/manager. At a time when hotels in central Dusseldorf were charging a vast premium due to a trade fair, the Astoria represented exceptional value.

The hotel met expectations, it is clean but slightly dated and room comfort/bathroom reflects this. However, this is reflected in the price (at least for the week I stayed).
