There was a variety of food and beverages for breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

An elevator is needed to reach the upper level units especially for elderly. Swimming pool opens at 10 am which is too late for early morning people.

Room ( big, clean and good A/C ) Beach ( close to the hotel to some extent - a ride is available to drop you there, clean water , life guards ) Staff ( friendly and helpful ) Pool ( different lengths and wide )

Room ( disposable items like soap, shower gel and shampoo to be improved in quality ) Beach ( more comfortable chairs are needed , cleaning the beach side) Staff ( more training and no animation team ) Pool ( the aqua park is very poor and suitable for adults) Food ( diversity and quality)
