Very cozy, really close to the airport and they offer transportation to the airport.

Review of the Property This property consists of standalone units surrounding multiple clay courts, where tennis practice is offered. The layout gives the venue a unique appearance, but during my stay, the property was undergoing extensive renovations. While it served its purpose for a short 12-hour layover to catch a flight, the overall experience left much to be desired. The standout feature was the inclusion of a shuttle service, which was helpful. Additionally, the staff was accommodating enough to allow my two pets, despite the hotel’s stated no-pet policy. However, this came with an additional charge of 160,000 COP, bringing my total to just under 500,000 COP for a brief 12-hour stay. While I appreciate the pet accommodation, I found this rate excessively high, especially considering the property’s condition. The renovations significantly impacted the stay. There was no Wi-Fi or internet access, which was apparently due to external work near the airport, though this added to the inconvenience. The venue’s construction state, coupled with the lack of amenities, does not justify the price charged. While I acknowledge the efforts of the staff, the overall experience merits no more than a one-star rating. I hope the management reviews their pricing and policies during renovations, as this was far from satisfactory. I challenge anyone to prove otherwise given the current state of the property.

What I Didn’t Like About the Property My stay at this property was far from enjoyable due to several critical issues. Firstly, all the units are positioned to face the afternoon sun, making the interiors unbearably hot and muggy. With no insulation on the metal roofs, the direct sunlight turns the units into stifling ovens. The lack of effective cooling solutions forced me to leave both the bathroom window and sliding door open, which compromised privacy and security. Additionally, there was no internet or Wi-Fi access during my stay, reportedly due to airport area maintenance. This proved cumbersome, particularly for someone relying on connectivity for travel planning. The lack of such basic amenities made the experience far from relaxing. Overall, this location is unmistakably a one-star property. While its proximity to the airport might be convenient, that is its only redeeming feature. I strongly urge Booking.com reviewers and readers to consider these points before booking. The property, as it stands, does not justify its rates or provide an acceptable level of comfort.

Is not a hotel, there are bungalow in construction.

There is not side walk to walk safely.

Bed was comfortable. Had heater in the room.

WiFi wasn't working in the room. I could only get connection on my phone when I went outside and got close to the check in booth, and connected to the receptionist's WiFi.
