"Excellent location but average facilities and little costly."

The best thing is the location of this Hotel, which is in the center of Shillong i.e. just around the circle of Police Bazar, from where you get taxi or cabs for any places you are interested.

The hotel room was a little costly considering the size and facilities provided. Tea/coffee facilities are not provided with a room kettle, and breakfast is not complimentary, so confirm the availability of facilities, whichever you expect in your room.
