Check-in: rápido. Acessibilidade: não tem elevador, ajudam com as malas ou escolher térreo. Estacionamento coberto e ao ar livre, por acesso. Café: satisfatório, simples. Check-out: ok

Chuveiro com água central: 1º dia - escaldante ou polar; reclamamos à portaria: 2º dia: melhorou. Proteção sobre a bancada do café em acrílico: dever ter uma faixa de cor para evitar idoso de bater o rosto. TV pequenas: mínimo deveria ser de 40 pol e maior na sala de TV. Para quem tem crianças pequenas: não há um espaço delas - brinquedoteca. Grade de programas na TV: escassa. Silêncio: corredor de cerâmicas, hóspedes primitivos na madrugada em conversas e risadas altas e arrastando malas.

quarto estava gelado e ar condicionado não é suficiente para tamanho do quarto e principalmente no frio do inverno nessa cidade. precisa de aquecedor no quarto.
